Proemio’s philosophy is to produce high quality, great structured, modern wines with well defined characteristics for each grape variety. The wines are created starting with fine and selected grapes from Luján de Cuyo, Tupungato and Tunuyán valleys; ideal places for their growing due to its favorable climatic conditions and rocky soils.

Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2003

Intense and lengthy in the mouth, this very well structured Cabernet Sauvignon unfolds its multi-faceted layers, highlighting its passage of 10-months in first use oak barrels. The color is an exceptional ruby shimmer cherry red. On the nose there is great definition, straight-forwardness, endurance and complexity with touches of pepper, vanilla and alternate winks of sweetness and acidity. Black pepper, dry fruits, plum, and touches of vanilla accompanied by mixed tannins. This fully flavored wine shows great persistence, body and a lovely balance
