It presents a bright greenish yellow color, with delicate transparency. It has white floral aromas such as jasmine, and it is very fruity. On the palate, you can perceive the freshness of this varietal and the excellent balance between its sweet flavors and acidity. It has a citric hue and a long lasting finish. It pairs well with white meat, fish, seafood, salads and a variety of cheeses.
